One Space

The price includes: Interior Design Fees. Items for your space (rug, lamps, curtains, wall art, curtain rods, table top accents, plants, small scale accents- side table, possible coffee table, mirror, etc)

I will not put an item on every wall. I believe its old fashioned and tacky.

This package will give your space a “complete look”. You may have to add to it. Depending on your expectations.

Items purchased depends on the design scheme.
Wallpaper and Wallpaper application not included.

Questions & Answers

  1. When do I pay the consultation? ASAP. I will only discuss your space after the consultation is paid.

  2. How much is the consultation? Consultation fee is $150. You can pay by using cash app $jewels in the vault

  3. Is the consultation refundable? No.

  4. How much is the starting budget? $3200 is the starting budget. The cost MAY include : (depending on the design) Rug, curtains, small accents (side table), plants, candles, table top accents, lamps, pillows, throw, etc. LARGE SCALE FURNITURE (sofas, dining room table, etc) is not included. My fee, shopping fee, etc.

  5. What will we discuss during consultation? We will discuss your design scheme, expectations, etc.

  6. How do I pay the budget? You will be sent an estimate via PayPal. You can pay on the estimate every 2 weeks until your balance is paid in full.

  7. When is the balance due? The balance is due at least 1 month prior to your design date.

  8. When is my design date? We will discuss a design date within 2 weeks of your consultation. It depends on when your items come in and how quickly your balance is paid. The sooner the balance is paid the sooner we can get your space completed.

  9. Can I get a refund? All payments are non-refundable. As soon as payments are made, I immediately start purchasing items. The item (s) purchased = MONEY, plus there is time=MONEY and effort=MONEY put into everything I purchase. Time is MONEY. I really sit down and come up with a design plan specifically for your space. It costs.

The cost at its very best comes from my ideas, thoughts, creativity, etc. Don’t focus on what each item cost or where it came from. The purpose of having an interior designer is to complete a beautiful space. A beautiful space is what you get for your money.

Example:
Hair: You may pay $100 for a wash, cut, and style. The stylist will only use $8-$10 in products. They profit more than 80% just for time, creativity, etc.. Interior Design is much of the same.

*Also, I have had this discussion several times. Please dont look at every item, I purchase dollar for dollar. Every item purchased comes with a fee. Example: If I purchase a rug…. I have to store it, haul it, and add mileage. I have specifically picked that item for your space. So, if I paid $215 for the rug, it does not cost YOU $215…. because there is a fee added to it.

*I also charge for my services. So, the full $3200 does not fully go towards items in your space. I charge $400-$600 just to design your space. It depends. I also pay my employees to help setup that day per hour. There are several factors that are involved into the $2500. So please dont go look at your space and start adding with a calculator. lol.

*Every space I design includes a custom item. I typically always do custom artwork, in which I will discount because I am designing the entire space. This also depends on the design scheme.

I promise the $3200 will be worth it. I have designed so many spaces and made soooo many transformations. You will not regret it. I want each and every client to be happy and satisfied with the outcome.
